Nora is a main character. She seems like a selfish person sometimes. She can be a little frivolous when it comes to money. She is always bragging about the money her husband makes. Sometimes she lies because she vehemently denies to her husband that she ate the macaroons.
     Torvald acts like he is in charge of Nora. He is concerned with how she looks. He doesn't like to waste money or have any debt. He calls his wife pet names like, "Is that my little skylark tweeting like a squirrel". Sometimes Torvald doesn't take Nora seriously. He calls her "My sweet little Nora" because she acts like a child sometimes.
     Mrs. Linde is a widow and Nora's old friend. Mrs. Linde doesn't have much money because when her husband died he didn't leave any money for her. She had a hard life. Nora was selfish and inconsiderate because she kept on bragging about money to Mrs. Linde. Nora wants Torvald to get Mrs. Linde a job at the bank. Torvald thinks that women should stay home.
     Krogstad is a lawyer but he is a little corrupt for doing some bad things. He gave Nora the money and he knows that Nora forged the signature.
